Standard Service Call Monday – Saturday 6am – 7pm
Our 'standard service call' includes up to one hours labour. If it is immediately obvious that we cannot reasonably fix the problem in that time we will not make a charge and we will leave you with an estimate FREE OF CHARGE and without obligation We will be happy to provide you with a free no obligation estimate for any works that can’t be completed within our one hour standard service call. If we have to undertake fault finding or investigative work to understand your problem fully then this will incur a charge.
Emergency, Evening & Sunday Service Call
Out of hours and Sunday service calls will incur a minimum set charge and include up to one hour’s labour. This should be enough to complete most small jobs and repairs and make safe any emergency situations. We will also leave a free estimate for any further works or repairs. Free estimates can be given on Sundays for larger works. Please contact your local electrician to check availability.
The ElecLocal Service Promise…
Your ElecLocal electrician will give you a two hour window for appointments. In the unlikely event that he fails to notify you well in advance of any anticipated delays he will give a £10 reduction on your bill.
